1. Huascar\u00e1n National Park<\/h2>\n

This protected area houses the entire Cordillera Blanca, a mountain range where the highest snow-capped mountain in Peru called Huascar\u00e1n is located (6,757 meters high \/ 22,169 feet high)<\/strong>, in addition to other beautiful destinations such as streams with colored lagoons, centuries-old forests, and hundreds of glaciers.<\/p>\n

2. The Huayhuash Mountain range<\/h2>\n

This mountain range has the second-highest peak in Peru among its 20 peaks, which is called Yerupaj\u00e1<\/strong>, and unlike other ecotourism destinations, it has been minimally intervened and currently maintains an important environmental balance. The best time to visit the Huayhuash mountain range is between April and October.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Vinicunca, the mountain of the 7 colors<\/h2>\n

The mountain of the 7 colors (also called Vinicunca or simply the “rainbow mountain”) is one of the new and best attractions in Peru.<\/p>\n

Located more than 100 kilometers from the city of Cusco<\/strong>, on an altitude summit located at 5,200 meters above sea level (m.a.s.l.). It is a mountainous formation tinged with various hues, the product of a complex combination of minerals.<\/strong><\/p>\n
