This year, The Galapagos National Park celebrate its 60-year anniversary. The foundation of the National Park was promoted to be on July 4th to 1959. The reason why is to commemorate the centenary of “The Origin of Species” by Charles Darwin. As a result of this proposal, the authorities celebrate also the work of the man who gets its inspiration on the species of Galapagos.
