Do you offer plane tickets from/to my destination?

No. When you buy a package with us, we will include your local flights from Quito or
Guayaquil to the Galapagos Islands and back with their respective transfers
hotel/airport-airport/hotel.
However, we will gladly guide you if you need help purchasing tickets to travel to Ecuador.

Are all my meals included?

When you purchase with us, we will include two nights of hotel accommodation in Quito or
Guayaquil one day before the departure of your cruise; in this stay, we will only have
the respective breakfasts, but all meals during the cruise, from lunch on the first day
to breakfast on the last day. A snack after each activity (except the previous day). A
welcome cocktail. Unlimited purified water, coffee, and tea.
Will the guides be able to help me if I don’t speak the local language?

Our guides are fluent in English, so they will be able to assist you without any issues
if you don't speak Spanish. English is often a common language that facilitates
communication with visitors from various nationalities.
Are any activities included besides enjoying the cruise?

Yes. All visits, excursions, and activities are included according to the itinerary with your
bilingual guide. We will also give you all the necessary equipment for these activities. This
includes Snorkel equipment (mask, tube, and fins), kayaks and paddle boards as long as you are
in authorized places, neoprene suits, etc.
Do I have to pay a local fee to enter the National Park?

No. The Galapagos Islands are part of a National Park. This fee is included in the
cruise experience. In addition, the cost of the Transit Control Card is also included.
